the time it takes to take a life
15 years, to be exact.
Just this November 11th 2006, Janelle's dog, Drexler, passed away. That shetland sheep dog had been with them for so long, even longer than Janelle had been in the world, so you can only imagine how hard it was for her. It was hard for me too, since I've known Janelle for a really long time, and we always pretended that my dog Shelby and her dog Drexler were in love and we even married them. However, Drexler and Shelby never had their honeymoon.
May 31st, 2004, my dog for 15 years had to be put down. We all knew that her time was coming, but when we did, we refused to acknowledge it. We constantly visited the vet. We even put her on IVs to make her get better. But she was in pain, and so the trip to the vet that 31st of May was her last.
Our last too.
Anyways. Now that Drexler is gone, I believe both of them will finally have their honeymoon, in heaven, happy that they can see each other. Janelle and her family will miss Drexler, and my family still misses Shelby.
Sigh...
Dog's lives go by so quickly.
Anyways, with that little sad thought out of the way, my weekend was great, for anyone that cares :P I was able to draw a bunches, and finish quite a few pictures.
Click to enlarge and stare at the beauty of that picture.
Nah, I don't actually like it very much, but I kind of drew it for random reasons, so yeah. :P
These other pictures were just sketches. Don't mind 'em...
In other news, Miss Nerdy strikes again since she has been working on Chaotic Light. Woopdido...
That's it. Thanks for reading, my non-existent readers! n_n
