monster mash

Sooo... I went to the monster mash this friday. I went as a porcalain doll (however you spell that), and my friend Sam, who is standing right next to me, went as an insane zombie. Our make-up is kind of washed off and sam got out of her costume when we got home, but you can kind of see my prom dress that I wore to the dance. i totally forgot to put blush on and my lips looked really bad, but oh well. that was just the dance. the real thing i'm excited for is halloween.

the dance itself wasn't really fun. we got there late (5:30, when it started at 5:00) so that cut our time down to around 1 hour and 30 minutes. half of that time, i swear, was just standing around looking for people. i think i should start attaching cowbells to my friends =_=

anyways, alex l. asked brittany out... er (luckily this year i've made them swear on an oath they won't meddle with him and i), yet that's exactly what i was doing to alex and brittany. i probably made him feel bad since brittany is a turd, and she's shy, so she was refusing to slow dance with him, and she kept resisiting for like 3 minutes of the whole song. oh gawd, i feel really bad DD: other than that, the dance really, really sucked. i talked to mrs. bodry and now she knows that i screw around in math and don't pay attention. i guess she didn't know it before. ;-; say goodbye to your wonderful spot in math, christie! we watched corpse bride. niki was really distant the whole dance, so i mainly hung out with sam, brittany and alex. niki went off and talked to margrote, ashley, alison, and rachel (the annoying coughing girl that stares at me in the gym room) so i didn't see much of her. the dance wasn't too horrible... :P i got home, played katamari damacy, kicked sam's butt, and then we watched mars attacks for the 2nd time. I love that movie x3 it's by tim burton. I say you go check it out. we stayed up till... 2:00 in the morning? talking. yeah. about guys. turns out SHE LIKES SOMEONE. yeah. except the really pathetic thing is when she thought "i like so-and-so" (name removed to protect the innocent), she forgot about a minute later. "oh wait... who do i like again?" XD so obviously, it's just a schoolgirl crush. plus he's much shorter than her. maybe since now that i like a guy taller than me, somebody has to make the short kids feel loved. i woke up around 1:00 (why am i giving you a schedule of my life? eh, i'm bored), so then i went downstairs, spazzed a bit, talked to matthew who told me to talk to my crush, since 'nobody wants to talk to matthew' but i didn't want to because i had a friend over and i would've been a spaz. so instead i logged off googletalk and then played the sims 2, which is an awesome game by the way.

as you probably don't know, i'm working on drawing all the FFIX characters (or most of them), and i decided to draw black waltz no. 3... for no reason. gosh. i just felt like it. why don't you believe me? anyways, i'm really liking how it's turning out so far. i am obviously not done, and it's still in sketched phase, but still. i used a reference, but tried to create my own version. dunno if i succeeded D: anyways... critique?

katamari damacy

I think, officially, that Katamari Damacy is /the weirdest game/ in the world, but dern, is it fun. I really should be doing homework, but I'm not. And as soon as I get up to go do homework, i decide to play that game. 8c yeah, i'm such a good student, huh?

anyways, i seriously feel like today is friday. i dun wanna go to the monster mash very much anymore, since the guy I like isn't going, but at least he was really sweet about it. plus, he's not really the dance type of guy, so i'm glad i never got around to asking him. turns out he likes me, but he's not the boyfriend/girlfriend type of guy either so if we ever 'date' it'd be more like geek-outs. that's fine with me. nothing wrong with snuggling on the couch and playing katamari damacy, is there? yeeeeaaaah. i was so bored in math today =_= no one to ramble on about FF9 with... and social studies was horrible because usually i can flirt long distance with him because he's directly across the room from me but NO he has to go to see his brother D: oh well! i can wait until tuesday to see him again.
